Impact

At least one user experienced problems when navigating or accessing the platform. The issue started on UTC-5 25-09-25 13:08 and was proactively discovered 14.4 minutes (TTD) later by a staff member who reported through our internal chats that the screen stayed blank, making it impossible to use. The problem was resolved in 14.4 minutes (TTF), resulting in a total window of exposure of 28.8 minutes (WOE)..

Cause

During a system update, an important setting that allows the platform to be displayed was removed by mistake. This caused the platform’s main page to stop loading [1].

Solution

The setting was restored, which immediately allowed the platform to load and work normally again.

Conclusion

Additional safeguards will be implemented in our update process to prevent this type of error from happening again. INFRASTRUCTURE_ERROR
